Can I use orthopedic inserts in
the Romotion?
It is not recommended, as orthopedic
inserts support the feet and do not activate
the muscles as much.Romotion works to
train the foot muscles and eliminate the
need for inserts.
Can I wear Romotion with my
lowering and spreading feet?
Yes, the Romotion trains your foot muscles
and strengthens the arch muscles. If you
have problems in the spreading foot area,
you can add an extra pad to relieve the
pressure.
I have Diabetes, can I wear
Romotion?
The Romotion affects blood circulation but
any pressure has to be avoided with diabetes.
Diabetics need very soft shoes without
any pressure points. If you have
diabetes Romotion is not recommended.
I have weak blood circulation in
my feet. Can Romotion help?
Romotion can improve the blood supply in
your extremities due to the activation of the
muscles but it will depend on the individual
type of blood circulation problem.
I have Arthritis, can I wear
Romotion?
Yes, you can wear Romotion when you
have arthritis. The pressure on your joints is
not as high when you wear Romotion.
Romotion will not stop the arthritis. You still
need to contact a Doctor for further advice.
